They give attention to the smallest of detail and the updates you get from them is unmatchable. The love they give to the dogs is clearly visible. My furbaby Simba has a second home and I am stressfree when he is at Waggy Boops. Simba absolutely loves being with Livia and Robert and I won’t trust anyone apart from Waggy Boops for Simba’s daycare and boarding. I have absolute confidence in Waggy Boops. The care and affection my dogs receive is brilliant. They know all their ways and treat them as individual to their needs. It is real home from home care and the doggies are clearly very happy there. They are able to administer medication even when one suddenly decides they will not be duped with cheese any more. It can be worrying when you need to leave your furry friend for any length of time. However, we know that Benji is in excellent hands with Livia and Robert. He has been going to Waggy Boops for many years now. He absolutely loves it there and enjoys socialising and playing with the other dogs. Livia and Robert are very caring, friendly, professional, accommodating and flexible. We receive regular updates and photographs throughout Benji’s stay, which is very reassuring. He couldn’t be better looked after. We don’t know what we would do without Waggy Boops!

Livia is so attentive to Luna’s needs. Luna goes on some great walks and Livia goes out of her way sending us updates whilst we were on holiday, giving us all the time the peace of mind we needed whilst away and leaving Luna for overall week in very capable hands. Livia together with her husband are so kind, loving and welcoming and always give more than a 100 per cent care, love and attention to Luna. I would definitely recommend and they are absolutely fantastic with Luna and all dogs. We never worry when Luna goes to stay at Livia’s because she is so trustworthy, attentive, and loving towards Luna, always providing Luna with exceptional care and walks. Would recommend anyone to put your dog in the extremely capable hands of Livia, in a loving, caring and fun place for your dog to stay, knowing they are truly safe and having a great time. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Luna received from Waggy Boops! From the very first interaction, the team was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about dogs. Luna is a lively, affectionate pup who loves company, and Waggy Boops made sure she felt right at home.
The daily updates and photos were such a thoughtful touch—they gave us peace of mind knowing Luna was happy, exercised, and well looked after. Her walks were varied and engaging, and it was clear she was getting plenty of playtime and cuddles. When we picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and almost reluctant to leave, which says everything about the quality of care.

Woof 🐶 ! I can’t tell you how much I love going to Waggy Boops! Each day, I know at the corner where I’m going and can’t wait to get out of the car! All my friends are there, we go on long walkies and have playtime together, we even get treetos 😋 Sometimes I get to have a sleepover! 😴 no one minds if I want to sleep on the big bed and sometimes when I’m missing my mum I get extra cuddles and care – there’s always unlimited tummy tickles! Auntie Lívia and Uncle Rob always look after me as though I’m their own fur baby 💗 they send my mum lots of pictures of me having a great time – this makes her really happy, knowing I’m safe and enjoying myself – it’s totally pawsome!

Livia holds accredited qualifications in Canine First Aid and a Level 3 Ofqual Diploma in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare
